Barbecue Roasted Corn Salad recipe:
Ingredients needed:
3 lb Cooked Corn
1/2 lb Potatoes, diced and steamed
1 Red Pepper, diced
1 Poblano(greenpepper), diced
3 Scallion, chopped
2oz. Cider Vinegar
6oz Oil
6oz Jim’s Own Barbecue Sauce( or substitute)

Sweeet Potato Souffle Recipe:
Ingredients needed:
1 Stick Margarine - meted.
3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes - Boil First
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Carnation Milk
Topping:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Flour
1 Cup Pecans, chopped.

My Mommas’ Cheezy Broccoli Casserole Recipe:
2 Qts. frsh or 2 packages frozen brocolli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
1.5 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of Mayo.

1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1/3 cup smoky barbecue sauce
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
