Raised Muffins Recipe

Ingredients for raised muffin recipe:
1 cup milk, scalded
1 cub boling water
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 yeast cake
1 egg, beaten
4 cups of flour
Rasied Muffins Directions:
1. Add Milk to the water and let it cool until lukewarm.
2. Dissolve the yeast by adding the liquid gradually.
3. Add the well beaten egg, then the flour, sugar, salt and melted butter.
4. Beat throroughly and let rise until light.
5. Fill buttered muffin tins 2/3 full.
6. Set to rise until tins are full.
7. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes.
